Shipping cost is based on the tables below.
Each product is stored at either our Canada or Japan warehouses, from which they are shipped, so please take note of the product location in order to determine the shipping cost.

Because of COVID19 regulations in Japan, items from Japan warehouse can be shipped only to JAPAN. We apologize for any inconvenience. |

Important Note: Please be aware that products from different warehouses may not be combined in a single order. For example, wallets are in our Japan warehouse, and hard enamel pins are in our Canadian warehouse, so you cannot order wallets and pins in a single order--you have to order them separately.
- We are unable to change your shipping address once your order is shipped.
In the event of non-delivery within the expected delivery window, we will follow up with Canada Post if you contact us once the window is over.
During high-season shopping periods, please understand that delivery may be delayed, not at our end, but because of congestion at Canada Post.
- International customers are responsible for any customs clearance fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges. Please contact your local customs office regarding any applicable customs and import duty charges.
