We are unable to change your shipping address once your order is shipped.

In the event of non-delivery within the expected delivery window, we will follow up with Japan Post if you contact us once the window is over.
During high-season shopping periods, please understand that delivery may be delayed, not at our end, but because of congestion at Canada Post.

 International customers are responsible for any customs clearance fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.
