Important: There are no refunds of any kind. Also, after payment is completed, an order cannot be canceled.
Damage: In the event that merchandise you ordered is damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@rufuslin.com and send a detailed photo of the damage for our assessment. This is the only case in which we may be able to replace but not refund, the merchandise.
