If you receive damaged/defective goods, please report this to us with photographic evidence immediately. In the event of non-delivery within the expected delivery window, we will follow up with Japan post if you contact us once the window is over.
During high-season shopping periods, please understand that delivery may be delayed, not at our end, but because of congestion at Japan post .
Exchanges/refunds are only possible in the following case: if the products have arrived in a damaged state, with damage presumed to have occurred during shipping. Note that we carefully inspect every product before it leaves our premises. Refunds or exchanges are not possible in any other situation.
In order to receive an exchange or refund, please contact us with the details and photographic evidence. Return authorization certificates are issued by us upon our approval of a refund/exchange request. The damaged product must be returned in its original packaging and in an unused state, with a Return Authorization certificate enclosed. Please understand that the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returned items and that these shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the case of a refund, we will refund the customer the amount of the order, including taxes, but excluding any shipping cost.
Please note returns/exchanges are NOT possible in the case of sale/discounted items, unless we have indicated otherwise.
